Welcome To Blueprint Renovations!

Mike has been our go-to renovator for the past 5 years. He tackles jobs – small or large – with the same professionalism and courtesy. He has done projects ranging from painting and pressure-washing to tiling an entryway, installing a new sidewalk, and renovating a bathroom. Mike’s broad skill-set means that he can often do all of the work to a high standard without calling in sub-contractors. When he gives a quote for a specific amount of work, he sticks to it. When we don’t ask for a quote ( for smaller jobs) he does the work efficiently and doesn’t over-bill. We appreciate the work Mike has done for us over the years, and the trust that he has built with us.

Michael has done several small jobs for me. I plan to have him do other jobs in the near future because he is reliable, honest and polite, and he finds ways to stay within my budget. He is easy to talk to so there are no misunderstandings. He is good at diagnosing problems and does not try to do any unnecessary work. He charges by the hour plus materials, and his estimates have been accurate.

Mike did an office improvement project for us. We found Mike to do good work, fast, friendly, showed up on time and reasonably priced. He got the job done quicker than was originally estimated and provided a great service which we appreciated. If we are needing similar services again, Mike will be the first on our list.

Since 1998 I have done renovations working for my father’s construction company in Calgary Alberta. Together we built everything from small bathroom renovations to large home additions. I learned the importance of quality workmanship, project planning and safety.

In 2012 I started my own company in Vancouver called Blueprint Renovations that has the same quality workmanship and reputation.

In 2019 with a growing family we moved to Kelowna, the heart of the stunning Okanagan Valley.
